Traditional Japanese double bladed saw. This double sided fine cut saw provides you with both a 9-inch cross cut blade with 17 teeth per inch and a 9-inch rip cut blade on the other side with 9 teeth per inch. This a great saw for many tasks around building your board. You can spend a lot of money for the fancier version of this saw—but we are not sure that they will cut any better. These are great saws at a reasonable price. The saw has cross cut teeth to work across the wood grain, and rip teeth to cut with the grain. Although the blade is very flexible, it cuts exceptionally straight. It is designed for applications where precision outweighs speed. Great for trimming planks, nipping off rail strips, or fitting tail blocks.
